Well, it's been a few days since I posted and I'm sorry to...to who...I don't know. I doubt anyone's reading this but nevertheless...I was sick with the flu. God that was aweful.
You know there's sick, can't get out of bed, everything hurts, don't care if I ever shower again in my life...and then there's sick, can't go to work, but can make some food and watch movies on the couch and relax, have a nap, etc. Yeah, I was sick, like the first option. Didn't care if I ever left my bed again.
Anyways, I didn't check my dating messages the last 2 days cuz I was sick so I just logged in. 12 messages. 2 from earlier in the week and 10 new guys. It's a bit overwhelming. I mean is it be or are there lots of single guys on the prowl. LOL.
Tonight I'm not replying to any of them. I'm just starting to feel better and I figure, I'm not really the right frame of mind and to make shit up it's worth it or fair to them...so...off to take more immodium and curl up in my pjs. Dating world will have to wait another day. Uh...just realized that tomorrow is Friday. Better send a message to start a dialog with these guys in case I message back and forth with them tomorrow and get a date lined up for Saturday and Sunday...hmmm...better get messaging hmmm?

2 outta 5 aint bad
Watched the Grammies last night, so I totally forgot about my dating site in box. Never checked it last night before bed. Watched the grammies til the wee hours. It was so good. Lady Gaga and Elton John together was amazing, although they had bizarre make up on and I have no idea what the storyline was. Pink had this awesome Cirque de Soleil thing going with this nearly naked outfit like figure skaters wear. It was amazing!!!
Logged into my dating site this morning before heading to work...sooo exciting. Got 5 messages in my inbox. woohoo. I didn't have time to look at them in detail but I noticed that 2 of them were sent last night and 3 were sent this morning. Who gets up at like 5am to check out 'fresh meat' on dating sites. Desperates? Busy men? I got some time to read through the profiles on my lunch hour and 2 of them look promising. One is Brad, works in Finance. Says he likes my profile pic and if I'm interested I should reply. He's got dark hair, so so looking, taller than me and he's into racquetball, like I am so that's kinda cool. He's 30 though. I like older guys but 5 years. hmmm. I'm keeping an open mind though.
The other one is Steve. Blonde, muscular. Very good looking but seems like he's too into himself, just from the way he's posing for his profile pic. I have messaged them both back, just saying the same thing to both. LOL. Hi. Thanks for the message. Like your picture too. Although with Brad I asked him how long he's been playing racquetball. I would hate to play against him and have him kick my ass if he's too good. Oh...and steve...he's in Manufacturing. What the hell does that mean? He works in a factory? He works for a Mfg'ing company? What is he in? Sales, marketing. Upper Management? Usually when someone is vague it's cuz they're trying to jazz up what they do. If it goes any further I guess I'll find out more.
The other 3 guys were geeking looking and one of them was like in his 40's. disgusto...
Monday night tv looks good, so I'm in my pjs for the night and I'll check my 'inbox' for replies before bed.
